An Upper Valley native, Sarah runs the day to day sales and service operations at the shop. When she's not at the shop, she's the tired mom of two amazing, busy kids and rides whenever the time allows!
Scott is a Master Plumber by day, dad and Mr. Fix it by night. On the weekend he brings his boisterous spirit to help around the shop where ever needed, from doing the recycling, building bikes, or whatever job we need a hand with!
An enthusiastic cyclist, Don has returned to wrenching bikes after a career in air traffic operations. When not at the shop, he can be found towing gliders or working on planes.
Todd is a natural craftsman. After a career in the building trades, we're lucky to have him in the shop helping keep you rolling. In the summer you can find him racing sailboats.

An avid mountain and gravel rider, Cail is a grad student in poetry and at home in the outdoors. Cail’s passions include riding in jeans, janky barn bikes, fostering community, and breaking barriers to outdoor access. Also, snacks. Cail loves snacks
Shop Dog in Training
Penny is a purebred shop dog and currently learning how to use a pedal wrench with her paws. She enjoys chewing on bike pedals, sharing a mechanic stool with Don, and falling asleep inside Sarah’s sweatshirt.
